Mr. Jogia is the CIO at Avenue Living and served as the CEO of Avenue Living Real Estate Opportunity Trust until that fund’s exit in December 2023. Jason has originated $10B+ in loans and $1B+ in equity. Previously he managed a $1.5B real estate debt portfolio at a major Canadian bank. He’s instrumental in Avenue Living’s $5B+ assets under management. He’s also a University of Calgary Real Estate Finance instructor, a Calgary Public Library Foundation board member, and holds an MBA from the University of Calgary, a Master of Corporate Finance from SDA Bocconi, and is pursuing a Doctorate of Business Administration. In 2020, he was featured in Avenue Magazine’s “Top 40 Under 40” for transforming real estate investment. He’s an avid traveler, exploring 38+ countries and diverse cultures.
