Nathan McAuley, Chief Technology Officer, who joined the Avenue Living team in December 2019, is focused on executing the strategic vision and future of technology within Avenue Living with the overarching goal of elevating Avenue Living’s resident, employee, and investor experiences through technology.

Throughout his time with Avenue Living, his team of experts have been integral in the execution of the organization’s new innovative strategies, in addition to advancing our growing business in the areas of cybersecurity, data science & analytics, and agile transformation.

Over the past 20 years, Mr. McAuley’s career in IT has spanned many industries including construction, retail, manufacturing, and transportation, with broad experience in software development, large-scale project management, and innovation. Mr. McAuley holds an MBA from the University of Fredericton specializing in innovation and a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
