Throughout her career, she has held executive positions including CHRO and Vice President across a range of industries, where she has consistently delivered strategic human capital solutions that drive business performance.

Ms. Collett’s expertise spans both talent management and leadership development, grounded in a strong foundation as a strategic HR business partner. Her unique ability to build and develop high-performing teams has made her a trusted partner in aligning people strategies with organizational goals.

At Avenue Living, Ms. Collett leads the enterprise-wide people strategy, overseeing every aspect of the employee experience — from talent acquisition and development to Total Rewards — all in support of a culture focused on excellence, engagement, and growth. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree, specializing in Human Resources, from the University of Calgary.
