CALGARY, AB – Avenue Living Communities announced a special offer for new student renters, packed with savings, just in time for the new school year.
“Students told us they needed flexible lease terms to match their school years,” said Zora Roberts, Chief Operating Officer of Avenue Living Communities, “and we heard them. Then we decided to sweeten the deal.”
Students attending post-secondary school in Alberta, Saskatchewan or Winnipeg who make their home with Avenue Living Communities between now and September 30, 2018, will receive all-inclusive rent (heat, water and electricity) and a special housewarming gift. Students will be able to choose their own lease terms, with a minimum of six months. New student renters will also receive a referral bonus for each friend who also signs a lease: a $100 Visa Gift Card.
In addition, every new student renter will also be automatically entered in a draw to win $2,500 toward tuition.
