Who are the people you’re trying to reach with this project, what do you know about them, and why should they care about what you’re saying to them? The more specific and detailed you can be, the better.

What is the one thought the audience should take away from your material? Try to state this message in seven words or less.

TONE, STYLE AND EMOTIONAL EXPERIENCE

For example: should the message be friendly and casual or a hard-sell with a sense of urgency? Should the audience feel like a confidant, pal, victim (in need of rescuing), partner, etc.?
