Avenue Living Asset Management is employing an aggressive acquisition strategy with its Mini Mall Storage Properties. From the business’ launch in February 2020, Mini Mall rapidly raised capital and began acquisitions within two months. 

Avenue Living Communities’ (ALC) newest team member is more robotic than human. However, this new team member is learning more every day.
