Robert Verbuck is the Managing Partner – Western Canada of DS Lawyers Canada LLP, a leading national mid-market corporate law firm. His practice focuses on corporate and securities law with an emphasis on capital markets, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate governance. Mr. Verbuck has over 20 years of experience advising start-ups and emerging companies across various industries. He serves as a Director, Corporate Secretary and Counsel to select private and public enterprises that he is passionate about, in the real estate, energy, agriculture and health product sectors. Mr. Verbuck holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Western University and a Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of Toronto and is a member of the Law Societies of Alberta and Ontario.
