Mr. Verbuck is the Managing Partner, Western Canada of DS Lawyers Canada LLP, focusing on corporate and securities law with an emphasis on corporate governance, equity and debt financings, and mergers & acquisitions. Mr. Verbuck has over 20 years of experience advising start-ups and emerging companies and serves as a director, corporate secretary or general counsel to certain select private and public enterprises that he is passionate about in the real estate, energy, agriculture, and consumer health sectors. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Western University and a Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of Toronto and is a member of the Law Societies of Alberta and Ontario.
