Mr. Guichon has over 40 years of legal and business experience, having started practicing corporate and commercial law with Macleod Dixon in Calgary in 1981. In addition to practicing law, he has participated in the founding and management of numerous business initiatives and has held executive roles including Vice President, Law of the Alliance Pipeline Group, President of Alliance Canada Marketing Ltd., CEO of Beauvert Gas Services Ltd., and Executive Director of Granite Gas Products Inc. Mr. Guichon has extensive governance experience, having served as a director for numerous public and private corporations, as well as charitable, professional and community organizations.
