The legal department plays a pivotal role in managing and mitigating risk, overseeing the legal aspects of our real estate and corporate transactions, governance, contracts and securities, as well as a robust health, safety, and environment program.

Asset Management

The Asset Management team ensures our assets are run optimally and according to business plans, whether property management is provided in-house or via a third party.

Finance/Accounting

Our team of finance and accounting professionals provides all funds and operations with financial planning and analysis, financial reporting, fund accounting, taxation, and treasury management.

Marketing/Communications

Our marketing, communications, and creative professionals manage Avenue Living’s brand reputation, investor materials, social media strategy, customer engagement, and dynamic multimedia assets.

Capital Markets

Our capital markets professionals work together to raise capital, manage debt, and handle due diligence, regulatory, and market updates. They also provide thought leadership pertaining to alternative investments, housing, macroeconomics, and our investment thesis.

People & Culture

Our employees are our greatest asset, and our People & Culture team helps to deliver a positive experience for all our team members. They create, implement, and oversee programs to support our business, from onboarding and benefits to risk analysis and compliance.

Information Technology

Our IT team is a multi-faceted department of experts offering customized solutions that go beyond technical support. This group delivers quality services across all business units, thoughtful analytics, software design, and security. They are instrumental in facilitating data-driven decisions for Avenue Living.

Leveraging Technology in Our Business

Across the organization, technology helps our teams make data-driven decisions with reduced overhead. We use several industry-leading data platforms, including CoStar, Yardi Matrix, and Real Page Axiometrics to drive market research and underwriting decisions. In addition to third-party software, we are developing several proprietary technology solutions for asset management, fund management, and acquisitions.
